Mukhyamantri Nishulk Janch Yojana

The state government has implemented an important health protection scheme "Mukhyamantri Nishulk Janch Yojna" in a phased manner to provide complete treatment facilities free of cost to all patient visiting government hospital, government started free diagnostic scheme

In this scheme, approximately 1.25 Lakh  to 1.50 investigations doing free per day ,Under which from 07.04.2013 to 31.01.2022  40 Crore 44Lakh 47Thousand 281 Investigations  have done and total  17Crore  51Lakh 33Thousand 287 person benefit under this scheme.

 

  • Teleradiology
In teleradiology, X-rays are tested by cloud computing software. Through this software, the X-ray image of the patient is sent to the radiologist of the firm. In which the radiologist examines the X-ray image and the report is again sent to the medical centers. After which the patients are given the report given by the subject experts along with the X-ray images. Teleradiology X-ray reporting facility has been started from 01.08.2019 in 54 district, sub-district, satellite hospitals. 12,45,454 X-ray images of 10,01,584 patients have been reported under teleradiology facility from 01.08.2019 to 31.01.2022.
  • Specific Test
In 54 district, sub-district satellite hospitals, 40 specific tests are being provided free of cost to every category of patients on outsourced mode. In which the national program (cancer, hormones, etc.) is included in the investigation and presently being done in medical college hospitals.Under this, the tenderer has established his high quality laboratories at 07 zonal level and collection centers in 54 district, sub-district satellite hospitals. The samples of patients are being collected by the tenderer from these collection centers and sent to the zonal level laboratories for testing. For which the work order has been issued to the tenderer on 29 August 2019. From 21.10.2019 to 31.01.2022, 1,00,56,891 examinations of 14,76,425 patients have been done under the Special Test Facility.

New Initiative : Hub and Spoke Model (Turnkey bassis)

 

As per the guidelines given by the Government of India and the Free Diagnostic Service Initiative (FDSI) of the National Health Mission, the tests are to be made available on Hub and Spoke Model (Turnkey basis) by doing in-house capacity building. 96.76 crore budget has been received for this. Under the model, 33 mother labs, 117 hub labs and 3009 spokes are proposed to be set up in the state. 143 tests are to be made available at district hospital level, 117 at sub-district hospital level, 101 at community health centers and 66 at primary health centers. For which tender has been issued on 06.08.2021.
