Registration & Renewal Guidlines

The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act 1969.)


  Registration Details
  Person eligible for Registration
  Any of the qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second or Third Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973.
  Essentials for Registration

Following Documents regarding qualifications in Original with two sets of copies there of certified as true by a Gazetted Officer must be submitted along with Registration  form.                                               

The original Documents will  be returned after verification. (Registration form must be filled in by the applicant in neat legible hand. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.)        

1.First year to final year Mark sheets.
2.Internship certificate.
3.Provisional Degree/Diploma or Degree/Diploma issued by concerned University.
4.Secondary School Certificate. 
5.Three Passport size Photographs. (One Photograph should be attested by Gazetted Officer)
6.Demand Drafts of Rs. 1000/- towards registration fee & Rs 40/- towards cost of registration Form 
in favor of "Registrar, Rajasthan  Homoeopathic Chikitsa Board, Jaipur "

Essential for Provisional Registration,

1.Provisional Registration Form along with   Final year Mark sheets.
2.Form forwarded by Principal of Concern College, indicating date of Joining of Internship.
3.Passing Certificate issued by concerned University.                   
4.Two Passport size Photographs. (One Photograph should be attested by Principal of College)
5.Demand Drafts of Rs 520/- towards provisional registration fee / registration Form Fee in favor of "Registrar, Rajasthan  Homoeopathic Chikitsa Board, Jaipur .

  Renewal of Registration
  See Section 31 & rule 25A of  Rajasthan Homoeopathy Medicine, Act,1969 & Rule,1971
(1) Before expiry of validity period of renewal, Form 7A along with Renewal Fee Rs. 225/-
in favor of"Registrar, Rajasthan Homoeopathic Chikitsa Board,      Jaipur. "
(2) After expiry of validity within next term, Form 7AA along with Renewal Fee Rs. 250/- and late Fee Rs. 200/-.
