1. The department takes all required precautions to protect your personal and health related information it holds from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access or modification.

2. Your personal information like include your name, gender, age / date of birth, and address will be used and disclosed to hospitals using Integrated Health Management System.

3. You can securely access your eHealth Record from anywhere, whether in India or outside India.

4. Similarly, the person(s) with whom you have shared your eHealth Record can securely access your eHealth Record from anywhere for the time period that you have authorized their access to your record.
